What does website copywriting cost?
Effective and last updated: September 3, 2026
$560 for five pages of copy: home, services, about, contact and one offer page.
This is the page to buy when the site itself is fine and the words are the problem -- builder-template filler, three paragraphs of history nobody reads, or a home page that never says what you sell. One round of interview questions first, so it sounds like you rather than like anybody, then headlines and calls to action for each page.
What people ask
- Do I need the website too? No. This is the copy on its own, for a site you already have; the full build is a separate page and a separate price.
- Will it sound like me? That is what the interview round is for. Two revision rounds are included, and the first one is usually about voice rather than facts.
- Who puts it on the site? You or whoever maintains it. If you would rather we did, say so on the call and it is quoted with the work.

What this costs elsewhere
The going rate we measured for this work is $700. Ours is $560, so you keep $140. Every price on this site is published rather than quoted after a discovery call, and it is the same number for everybody.
