The service

The Consult Line is a free, inbound-only AI voice consultation operated by Traffic Express LLC. The agent asks about a business problem and suggests the one service of ours that addresses it, then can send a written summary afterwards if you ask for one. It does not place sales calls, create an account for you, or charge you for the consultation. Everything it recommends is work Traffic Express LLC does itself, listed with its scope and price at theconsultline.com/services. We are not paid by anyone to make a recommendation and take no commission from anybody.

Text message programme

• Programme name: The Consult Line, operated by Traffic Express LLC.
• What we send: if you press 1 when the assistant asks, we send you one text message containing a link to the written summary of the call you just had, on our own website. The text links to that summary on our own website, and the summary names the one service we suggested. Every service we offer is our own, delivered by Traffic Express LLC. We never send anyone else's promotional content by text and we are not paid for anything the summary mentions.
• How you opt in: by pressing 1 on your keypad during a call you placed to us, after the assistant asks whether you want the link by text. Nothing is sent unless that keypress is received. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency: one message per call, and at most one message to any phone number in any 30-day period. This is not a recurring programme — there is no drip, no follow-up, and no re-engagement message.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates for messages and data apply to messages you send and receive.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and then no further messages. STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT are all honoured.
• For help: reply HELP to any message, or email support@theconsultline.com. We answer support email during US business hours.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: the programme is available on US mobile numbers to people aged 18 or over. Only opt in with a phone number you control.
• Privacy: we never sell, rent, or license your mobile opt-in and consent data, and we never disclose it for marketing or for any purpose unrelated to sending the message you asked for. The only parties that handle it are the messaging provider and the mobile carriers that must carry the message in order to deliver it. See the Privacy Policy.

Our own services

Traffic Express LLC sells a fixed set of services directly, listed with their scope and price at theconsultline.com/services. Prices and turnaround times shown there apply at the time of purchase. Payment is taken through Stripe. Work begins when you confirm the brief.

AI, recording, and acceptable use

You are speaking to an automated AI agent, not a person. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. You may end the call at any time. Do not misuse the line, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit another person's information without their permission, or use it for unlawful or abusive activity.

Recommendations are general business information based on limited facts. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, insurance, or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether a service is right for your business.

Availability and contact

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted calls, perfect speech recognition, message delivery, or a particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traffic Express LLC disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
