The short version: The Consult Line is an inbound-only, AI-operated business consultation. We use information supplied during a call to provide the consultation and, only after an explicit keypress, send the follow-up you asked for. We never sell your details, and your text-message opt-in is never shared for marketing.

Who operates this service

The Consult Line is operated by Traffic Express LLC, 1207 Delaware Avenue, 3502, Wilmington, DE 19806, USA. The Consult Line is a separate, in-house product launched in 2026. Traffic Express LLC operates other businesses, and none of them — and no outside partner, publisher, or reseller — is given access to this line, to the voice agent, or to anything collected on a call. The only companies that handle call data at all are the service providers listed further down, which process it on our instructions in order to run the service and may not use it for their own purposes.

Information we collect

How we use information

To answer inbound calls, understand the request, select one relevant product or service, send the summary the caller asked for, prevent duplicate or unwanted messages, measure whether the service is useful, secure the service, and diagnose failures. We do not sell caller contact details, and we never use this service to place outbound calls.

Text messaging

If a caller presses 1 during a call to ask for their summary by text, we record that keypress as their consent and use their calling number to send one message. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell, rent, or license mobile opt-in or consent data, and we never disclose it for marketing or for any purpose unrelated to sending the message you asked for. The only parties that handle it are the messaging provider and the mobile carriers that must carry the message in order to deliver it; they act on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes. Message frequency, opt-out, and rate information is in the Terms of Service.

Service providers

Telnyx (telephony and messaging), the selected AI model provider, Amazon Lightsail (hosting), Cloudflare (network), and Brevo (email) process data on our instructions in order to operate the service. They act as processors, not as recipients of shared data, and may not use caller data for their own purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data is never disclosed to anyone outside that delivery chain, and never to anyone for marketing. Your summary page links only to our own service pages, so following it sends your information nowhere beyond the providers listed above. The per-caller identifier described earlier travels on that link, which is how we know a visit came from your call.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept as reasonably needed to deliver and secure the service, investigate delivery problems, account for the business, and meet legal obligations. An unsubscribe or do-not-contact request is kept permanently as a suppression record, because that is what makes it stick.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop emails, use the one-click unsubscribe link in any of them. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email support@theconsultline.com. We may retain suppression, security, transaction, or legal records where deletion would defeat the request or a legal requirement.

Security

We use access controls, signed webhooks, restricted administration, encrypted transport, and server-side consent checks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This service is for business owners and adults. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
