Yes. No card, no account, no trial that turns into a bill. Call, get an answer, hang up.

Will you sell me something?

Only if you ask. The line's job is to tell you the one thing worth fixing next. Sometimes that is something we build, and then we quote the published price. Often it is something you can do yourself in an afternoon, and then we say so.

Who is behind this?

Traffic Express LLC, trading as The Consult Line. There is a real person, and he is on the About page.

Am I talking to a person?

No. An AI answers, and it tells you so before you say anything. A human does the work you buy.

What happens to what I tell you?

Calls are recorded and you are told so in the greeting. A written summary goes to your inbox if you give us an address. We never sell your details and we never call you back uninvited. The full terms are in the Privacy Policy.

What does a website actually cost?

Ours start at $400 for five pages, written and built. A logo and brand kit is $280. A lender-format business plan is $720. Every price is on the services page — we do not quote by email after a discovery call.
