How much does a website for an HVAC company cost?

Effective and last updated: September 3, 2026

Between $400 and $2,000 for a five-page HVAC website, written, built and published.

HVAC has two businesses on one site: the emergency in August, and the maintenance agreement that pays through the quiet months. The five pages are laid out so neither hides the other, and the seasonal page is built to be edited by you twice a year.

What an HVAC site needs that a generic one does not

What the price includes

Turnaround: 7-10 business days from the day you send your content

What changes the price: A five-page brochure site is the bottom of the range. The price climbs with pages beyond five, online booking, payments or a shop, a members area, or a custom design instead of a tailored theme. You get the exact figure on the call, before anything starts.

Hosting and domain are billed by the provider directly, usually under $20 a month. We set them up in your name so you own everything.

What this costs elsewhere

The going rate we measured for this work is $500 - $2,500. Ours is $400 - $2,000, so you keep $100 - $500. Every price on this site is published rather than quoted after a discovery call, and it is the same number for everybody.
